Bumble Bee Costume

How can i make this bumble bee costume?

I sort of have a shirt like that except it has kind of a turtleneck.
i have the fishnets, its the skirt that i cant seem to figure out how to make. i want to avoid buying the actual costume, but the accessories, i can.

Because im being a bumble bee for halloween and i need help ! Thanks

P.s: i already have the costume !
